A thoughtful, relational approach to psychotherapy and counselling
I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore life’s challenges, inner patterns, and the parts of self seeking healing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, or a desire for deeper self-understanding — you're welcome here.
Services Offered
-
Whether you're facing anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or simply feeling out of touch with yourself, individual therapy offers a space to slow down and reflect.
Together, we explore your experiences, patterns, and inner world at a pace that feels right for you. This process can help ease emotional distress, foster greater self-understanding, and support you to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Sessions are collaborative and trauma-informed, tailored to your unique needs — whether you're seeking support through a difficult time or wanting to better understand who you are.
-
Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and deeply challenging. Couples therapy offers a supportive space to understand each other more fully, work through conflict, and strengthen connection.
Using the evidence-based Gottman Method, sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional intimacy. Whether you're feeling stuck in recurring patterns or seeking to enrich your relationship, therapy can help you move forward together with more clarity and care.
This work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and emotional safety — tailored to the unique dynamics of your partnership. This space is inclusive and non-judgmental, supporting all relationship structures.
-
Ideal for anyone wishing to explore meaning, identity, and the deeper patterns shaping their lives. Depth-oriented therapy is for those drawn to self-reflection, inner work, and personal transformation.
Grounded in Jungian and psychodynamic approaches, this work invites exploration of unconscious material — dreams, symbols, early experiences — and helps integrate these insights into everyday life.
This path often appeals to those at a crossroads, in transition, or seeking a deeper sense of authenticity and wholeness.
What to Expect
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step — and it’s okay to not know exactly what to expect.
Our first session is a gentle space to get to know one another. You're welcome to bring whatever's on your mind, or simply explore whether we feel like a good fit. I’ll ask a few reflective questions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Over time, therapy becomes a space to explore patterns, relationships, and the deeper parts of your inner life — always with care, curiosity, and compassion.
